Rawdah School Management System (SMS)
Rawdah’s school dashboard brings teacher records, attendance, payroll views, and curriculum navigation together, with an AI copilot interface concept.

Context
Rawdatul Atfaal needed more than a public website. The school required an internal school management system that could represent academic, staff, parent, payroll, curriculum, and intelligence workflows.
The problem
School operations tend to scatter across registers, messaging, spreadsheets, and separate finance records. That makes it hard for leadership to understand patterns quickly or act with context.
Constraints
- The interface had to support school administrators rather than generic SaaS users
- Academic and operations modules needed to feel connected in one navigation model
- Sensitive areas like payroll and student performance needed a measured, high-trust presentation
What Luxa designed
We grouped academic and administrative tasks in one navigation, with teacher tables, summary cards, and prompts tied to questions school staff need to answer.
What Luxa built
A school management interface with an overview, teacher management, staff and student navigation, attendance and payroll views, curriculum access, notifications, and an AI copilot panel.
Snapshot evidence

Qualitative outcome
- Leadership can inspect school operations from one structured workspace
- Teacher records, workload, attendance, and payroll context sit together
- The AI copilot concept turns operational records into review-ready prompts and recommendations
What this means for similar businesses
The dashboard organises school records and tasks before deeper automation is added. Its AI copilot panel is an interface concept, rather than evidence of automated decisions.
